 Jeff RichTechnical Service Jeff joined PSI in 2002 working as a Technical Services/Customer Service Representative. The position for Technical Service has grown into a full time position for Jeff. He provides troubleshooting advice that helps keep our machinery up and running in labs. Jeff also served as an itermium Technical Sales Representative in the Midwest from 2005 - 2007.
