The ASTA is ideal for a lab doing 250 jobs a day or more. Its compact design, maintenace free operation, ease of use, speed and efficiency make it the logical choice for high speed taping. The fixed cutting head is set a 82mm which accommodates all lens sizes. Running an ASTA, one operator can out produce two operators using conventional tape machines and hot knives by taping three undred pair of lenses per hour!
