- The non-abrasive colored vinyl base pad material has a multi-directional embossed surface which allows fining and polishing pads to interlock between pad surfaces.
- Proprietary adhesives hold the fining and polishing pads securely to the base pad during processing while allowing them to be quickly removed without the use of knives.
- Fining and polishing pads are made with high quality 3M abrasives and Shawsheen polishing materials.
- Base pads are available in 4-petal for plano to 8 base and 7-petal for 8 base and higher.
- Fining pads available in one and two-step systems for all plastic, polycarbonate and Trivex lens materials.
