Jeff was promoted to Technical Sales Manager for the Midwest after being PSI's Technical Support Representative for 3 years. During that time Jeff got to know many of our customers by phone and from visits to their labs. His familiarity with our products helped Jeff quickly excel in the sales position. For over a year, Jeff handled the midwest territory while still providing technical support for the entire US and Mexico, troubleshooting processing and equipment issues for all PSI accounts. Jeff did a great job juggling both positions, but because of the great demands, in February 2007, he decided to scale back his sales territory to the states of Micigan and Indiana. This allows him more time to dedicate to technical support. Jeff is based out of PSI's main office in Odessa, FL
