 Patrick HernandezPresident Pat joined PSI full time in September of 1977 after having worked on a part time basis in the lap department, assembling equipment and manufacturing PSI polishes. Once full time, he spent several years working in R&D on the plastic lap project. Once the lap project was complete, he moved to purchasing and became the Materials Manager. Pat worked very closely with the sales manager and plant manager to improve back orders and manufacturing efficiencies. He was then promoted to Vice President of Operations overseeing the accounting, customer service, sales and manufacturing. In 1993 upon the retirement of June Jankara, Pat was promoted to President. Today he manages all aspects of the business and continues to work closely with vendors and customers developing sales and new products.
