Practical Laps are color-coded for efficient storage and retrieval.
All Practical Laps have steel braces to ensure stability during the clamping and cutting process.
They can be cut in one pass, without regard to clamping pressure, reducing cutting time to 1 to 2
minutes depending on the curve. Because they are lightweight there is reduced wear and tear on cylinder machines. The plastic surface makes pad removal easier and allows them to resist dents and nicks during lens processing reducing the need to retrue.
