 Sara HernandezCustomer Service Manager In January of 1997, Sara started in a part-time position as an Inside Sales Representative handling accounts across the country and attending annual trade shows. She then joined the Marketing Department and helped develop literature and promotions for PSI’s product line. In 2006 Sara was promoted to Customer Service Manager where she heads up the team responsible for taking orders, answering questions and keeping PSI’s customers happy.
